This was not our first home purchase but by far it was our most difficult due to the uncooperative seller. Through all this Debbie was the shining light in the process! She went above and beyond; offering us exceptional service with her responsiveness and attention to detail. Debbie was able to negotiate all of our requests with the seller and made what could have been the worst home purchase the best one yet!

Debbie Reynolds is very knowledgeable and worked hard to meet me and my husbands needs in our housing search. She is a excellent negotiator and was able to get a great deal done on our house where the price was lowered along with repairs being made before we moved in.
